Metro Clusters comprise of a combination of Commuter and CBD  Clusters and comprise of 19 to 30 sites along inter-provincial routes and inner cities across the country. 

 

For a Metro Cluster to be formed, media planning will have to be done well before the time of campaign as to accommodate the Cluster Billboards partner based business model.
