Cluster Billboards (CB) was established in 2014 however given new life when inspired by the new norm which is that of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions. Static Out of Home (OoH) offerings have come to a point where they need to evolve as digital offerings are becoming more affordable and popular with brands and this is what CB was created to facilitate.

CB is a product of Empower Box (Pty) Ltd and aims to disrupt the static large format sales process and market impact in the OoH space by using subliminal methods through repetitive sighting of the same brand, what we call, clustering, and giving more value for brands with our dynamic business model and costing.

Our Commuter "Kona 2 Kona" Clusters are based in small towns and are great for Place Based Media for localised chain stores and SMME's. Each cluster hosts between 10 to 15 sites.

This "City 2 City" offering boasts medium to large format sites in and around CBD's in all major cities in South Africa. Each cluster has between 6 to 10 static and digital sites.
